We have said earlier that at a certain point in time, the influence of external factors on our well-being leads to the fact that the disturbance of normal functioning of one of the energy systems negatively affects other levels of human life activity, which leads to pathological changes on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual levels.
The evolutionary changes we are experiencing today require a rethinking of what is happening. As we have entered the “DIGITAL” world and digital technology, we have fully entered our lives!
